The tracks have highly complex sensors in each of the brake plates and alignment areas. These sensors measure and record dynamic measurements when forces are applied to them. This informations is then relayed to the display screen where the information is calculated. This information is then converted into words for the display as well as transmitted to the console where the information is compiled for the console display as well as the printer. There are literally 1000's of pieces of data computed within seconds.
There are Four Basic Components to the ALTESCO SYSTEM:
The tracks are hot dip galvanized and powder coated to insure a long lasting life as well as protection from the elements.
The display consists of integrated circuit boards as well as LED type lighting so that the system results can be seen from up to 100 feet away.
The display is powder coated as well.
The console also has an integrated circuit system within it as well as a display screen and printer.
The system is powder coated and is lockable.
The printout is colored and shows various graphs and measurements of the vehicle's Brakes, Alignment and Suspension with easy to understand OK / NOT OK status.
